Initially this was supposed to be an episode about a drum brake cylinder change on my Jeep XJ. It happpened that there was just not enough footage for an interesting video so i decided to talk a bit about the PowerHand brake pipe flare tool which i've bought some time ago.
It's a bit different to what you usually see, but it works just great on the bench and especiallly under the car, even with very little room to move.
It's not exactly cheap and you need one fore every pipe size and flare type, but if you ever tried one of these cheapo tools in a tight spot with no room to move, you probably willing to spend some money for something which does the job quick, easy and right first time.
Not entirly sure how i found it, perhaps just googling for something better than the 9.95 thing in the red plastic box.
Not much to say on the brake cylinder, just make sure you have the right one before you start working on. Older Jeeps may have random parts in it and most parts dealers are no experts in these trucks, so always check that the new part is exactly the same.

Working on brake systems can result in a safety risk, make sure you have the appropriate qualification do do such work.
