In this NeilMed sinus rinse review, I share exactly how to use these premixed saline packets for nasal cleansing.
I think nasal cleansing is a great idea, and although there's not a lot of difference between different brands, I think NeilMed has the best sinus rinse packets. I like their packets specifically because of the shape, which makes them easier to pour out, in my opinion.
I've been using the NeilMed sinus rinse kit for at least 6 years, and it's made a difference in how my nasal passage feels. To be specific, the inside of my nose feels softer and less inflamed when I do nasal cleansing regularly.
When it comes to how often you can do a sinus rinse, it can be done as often as six times per day. That being said, for me, I do these rinses about 1 to 2 times per week.
If you've ever felt like your nasal passage has hardened mucus that feels uncomfortable, sinus cleansing is a gentle way to remove that mucus along with any debris and irritants.
