In 1946 the co-founder of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory helped prove UFOs are demons, and the ritual that opened the door was quietly erased from the record. His name was Jack Parsons, a brilliant rocket scientist and a devoted follower of the occultist Aleister Crowley. Alongside L. Ron Hubbard, the future founder of Scientology, Parsons performed the infamous Babalon Working, a weeks-long satanic ritual in the desert meant to tear open a portal and usher in a new era of humanity.
What came through, according to Parsons himself, was not science fiction. In the years immediately after the ritual came the Roswell incident, the Kenneth Arnold sightings, and the 1952 swarm of UFOs over the White House.
