I'm very excited to see Namor on screen, mainly because Killmonger was such a strong villain in the last movie and I'm hoping Namor can be a worthy antagonist following Michael B. Jordan's performance. I have no doubt in my mind that Tenoch Huerta will kill it in the role. His theme has the same percussive lines and Aztec/Mayan instrumentation that his people have, but his motif is loud, brash, and foreboding. Built upon extremely simple 3 note phrases, it sounds mysterious and ancient on woodwinds, but when performed on a full orchestra and accompanied by the shrieking and guttural throat singing it becomes this malovent, powerful force that suits Namor and his ravenous conquest perfectly. While not as memorable melodically as Killmonger's theme, I find Namor's to be far more chilling and scary instrumentality, another great villain theme by Ludwig Göransson in the books.
