The mysticism of the Nightsisters of Dathomir live on through Morgan Elsbeth, not just with her garb and foresight but the musical atmosphere surrounding her. At a certain point trying to find the line where Morgan's material diverges from the Nightsister material becomes a bit tricky to figure out, but I did my best to ensure that this suite has almost all of the musical language and melodies directly associated with her specifically. While there's the classic Dathmiri sound of droning strings, ambient electronics, and more tribal percussion and tamborines, Morgan's theme is a five note brass motif consisting of two very similar phrases. It's short and not very detailed but that lends to her having a simple yet effective musical identity that evokes her dominance more than anything else. As the series evolves, it starts becoming overtaken by wailing female vocals and being performed on a moody synth to show her true allegiance and deepening involvement with the Nightsisters. I also included a short musical ostinato that plays at the very beginning of the show and plays throughout some of Morgan's scenes, and while I'm unsure if it's just a theme for impending doom or one tied to her presence, it's a very intense, frightening, and dreadful melody that drives home the catastrophic consequences of her retrieving Thrawn.
