For my next fitness challenge I will be taking part in Hyrox London on 19th November 2022, at the Excel centre.
This is the first in a series of videos filmed between June and October 2022 as I build up to the competition.
Paired up with my pal Sean Treacy, we began our training at UN1T Holborn and are now part of Team Milo and the Bull, training at their Clapham and Peckham studios, and mentored by Josh Cooper.
