While avoiding being bitten by the snake and mosquito, move the rabbit to change the red hearts into fruits. Guide the turtle using the rabbit's telepathic powers. When the turtle eats a fruit, the name of the fruit at the top of the screen is displayed a letter at a time, and when the word is complete, the exit opens. Guide the turtle through the exit.

Notes:

- Mass Tael was a game company based in Hong Kong, making games for the Spectravideo and MSX.

- There's 12 unique fruits in the game, one for each stage: Lime, Pear, Apple, Lemon, Peach, Mango, Grape, Banana, Papaya, Tomato, Cherry, and Orange. In the end, there will only be endless oranges.

- According to MSX Magazine (issues 1984-08 and 1984-12, at least), Telebunnie has been alive for thousands of years and has had a mission since he was born: to keep his fellow turtles alive. Supposedly, snakes are the incarnation of the devil, and mosquitos are the symbol of Hell.
