I put some thought into the motor drift issue I'm having with the Tombstone Rocker and it occurred to me that as long as I make sure the motor makes 2 or 3 complete rotations it one direction or the other during the animation cycle, it will not matter if it drifts. With a full rotation I will get the full rocking movement no matter what and the little back and forth movements in between movements can drift all they want. It will just add to the randomness of the overall animation. I would have preferred to use forward and reverse movements to take a lot of strain off of the motor and mount, but it looks like that will not be possible with this arrangement.
I have reprogrammed it again with a temporary animation, just to verify that this solution will work. I'm going to test run it for a few hours today and if all goes well I'll redo it one last time to get it a little better than it is now.
