Off to a bit of a slow start for the first 3 days of setup 2025. On day one I was focused on just getting my fence and chains up to start things off and have some protection in place. Day 2 was an absolute washout so I used it to do some repairs on the pumpkin king and a couple of other things. For day 3 I didn't have a helper, but I still managed to make up some lost time and get a lot done. I'll tweak the tombstones around a little as I get each scene set up. Tomorrow I'm going to get the witch hut set up and the pumpkin king put together.
