If I haven't mentioned it here before, I am a HUGE sci-fi fan in addition to being a Halloween nut. One of my all time favorite movies is The Fifth Element, so when I ran across this .stl file for a Mondoshawan from the movie I absolutely HAD to print and paint it!

I printed it on my Bambulabs P1S. I did it in two prints, one for the body and a second for the arms and head. It took about 15 hours for the body and about 4 for the arms and head. I had to reprint the head three more times at different angles before I finally got a smooth print of it. (print nose down) The head by itself took about 20 minutes each time.

Painting was done with a combination of acrylics and rub-n-buff.
