In 1969 the Trotter was renewed from a technical and aesthetic point of view: the main ones were the introduction of a new 48.9 cm³ engine, with a cylinder (horizontal rather than inclined) derived from the Dingo, and a front fork with oscillating shackles. The range included two versions:
- Special, with tank hanging from the front tube of the frame and rigid frame at the rear
- Mark, with tank integrated into the frame and rear suspension.
