Today I want to show you my simple morning routine as you guys really seemed to like my evening routine video I did back in January:

If you’ve seen that, you already know that I’m not the most routinated person, but I have my selfcare routines for when I have time or need it – so here is my perfect selfcare morning routine.

My PATREON page, where I upload some bonus content and my series about how I craft my Youtube videos. Check it out and join there if you want to support my craft and connect with me in a private setting. I would be incredibly thankful!

I’m not an early bird at all; I wake up when the sun is already bright at the sky and it’s a good day when I manage to open my eyes at 08:30. I use the blue light of my phone to get me awake, while checking my messages and when I finally get out of bed, the first thing I do is to make the bed, because it makes me feel fresher when the room looks in order. This day was a beautiful sunny one, so I opened the window and enjoyed the sun for a while. Before I even go into the bathroom, I take some coconut oil to oil pull with it. I swear on that, it removes plaque so well, that I didn’t need professional teath cleanings anymore, since I’ve started doing that three years ago. In the bathroom I try to keep things as simple and organic as possible. I usually wash my face just with water and aply jojoba oil for moisturing it. I discovered that this works very well for my acne skin, everything more just irritates it. My breakfast is also quite simple on most days. I love to cut up some fruits and have them with cornflakes and oat milk. But today I wanted something special, so I decided to make banana pancakes. I have an incredibly easy and delicious recipe. You just need a ripe banana that you mash with a fork and oat flakes, that you combine with the banana until the consistency feels sticky. Heat your stove, drizzle some sun flower oil into a pan, put your mixture in and shape it into little pancakes. Watch out, they can get burned pretty fast. You can also put sirup, jam or whatever you want on them, but for me the ripe banana is already sweet enough. I love my mornings to be calm and relaxing. I just love those days when I can take my time and don’t need to stress. After I had enough from puzzling, I planed to go on a walk in the forst. Everytime I go in the forest I discover something new. This morning I found wild daphne blooming everywhere in the forest. They are very rare, so it was special that I discovered so many in this area.
