When you’re insulin resistant i.e. you have metabolic syndrome, pretty much every chemical in the body is NOT QUITE RIGHT. Some are up. Some are down. Few are actually at physiologically NORMAL levels.

Traditionally the focus is on the big guns.
• Insulin
• Sugar
• And cholesterol

In this series, we’ll take a look at some of the other players. Who they are, what they’re up to and how they’re part of the state of insulin resistance.

In this video, instead of looking at a chemical, we look at a state of being – the blood coursing through your arteries, is ever so slightly acidic.

The acidity is very mild.

It’s referred to as mild metabolic acidosis.

It’s NOT dangerous, but Dr Google encourages you to alkalinize, JUST TO BE SAFE. Should you ?

It’s probably not as helpful, as one might think. Because, provided your kidneys are still working, you’re not short of base (bicarb), but rich in acidic metabolites.

Working on lowering these, will do far more to create BETTER BODY CHEMISTRY, than artificially boosting your buffering capacity.

Here are the links to the Willpower Report, which will introduce you to 10 tools you can use to REIN IN INSULIN.
