-Are you up for joining me on one the most complete glute circuit you can do anywhere and anytime, for volume, firmness and roundness?

-Try to avoid too much rest in between the exercises. Start next exercise preferably within 10 seconds after finishing the previous:
125 repetitions
220 repetitions
315 repetitions per side
430 repetitions
530 repetitions
Then: start over.
Maximum 30 seconds rest.
Drink water. Change the music to something really motivating. And do this circuit 5 times.
