You can make this breakfast before you go to bed and it'll be ready to enjoy by the time you wake up!

Servings: 1-2

Protein: 13.2g
Carbs: 32.2g
Fat: 13.4g
Fiber: 8.5g
Sugar: 8.3g

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
cup Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp Chia Seeds or Ground Flaxmeal
tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 pinch Salt
1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

STEPS:
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
2. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
3. Refrigerate for at least to 4 hours, but preferably overnight

2/3 taza de leche de almendra
1 cucharada de semillas de cha o linaza molida
cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
2 cucharadas de mantequilla de man natural
2 cucharadas de polvo de cacao sin azcar
1 pizca de sal
1 cucharada de miel o jarabe de arce

Los pasos:
1. En un bol mediano, mezcla todos los ingredientes.
2. Introduce en una jarra con tapa.
3. Refrigera durante al menos 4 horas, pero preferiblemente durante toda la noche.
