So here are a few examples for you to use for a strong back building routine: 🤗
The reps and sets are listed below.

1️⃣12 repetitions per leg / 4 sets
2️⃣10 repetitions per side / 4 sets
3️⃣12 repetitions / 3 sets
4️⃣12 reps / 4 sets
5️⃣End with 30-45 minutes of cardio, inclined treadmill or Stairmaster, for best results👍🏻
