Finally found some time at year's end to play a hidden game mode that has no leaderboard on SRC (or RetroAchievements, but do correct me if I'm wrong). That said, it does have a category of community achievements in the MGTT Netplay server.
To access the Hole-in-One Contest (essentially just Near-Pin but for the regulation courses), hold Z at the title screen and then continue and select the new Contests window.
This was my current best four-hole total for Shifting Sands from Back Tees within a short session. Insane run with a HIO and other incredible shots despite rolling the worst pins on 13 and 17.
