Mesa Verde is a fascinating and impressive UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Colorado, USA. The national park covers a large mesa area, and is home to many ruined cliff houses. These incredible houses cling to the side of cliffs, underneath overhung caves. Although we weren't able to go inside any of these amazing houses, the view from the nearby canyons was just as spectacular!
