So FractalFusion (the guy behind a bunch of MMX TAS videos) figured out that you could do the phantom grab trick (grabbing something in a boomerang, and moving to where an item spawns, spawning that item in your boomerang) on platforms in Storm Eagle.
Hilarity ensues.
The way to do it is actually pretty viable for RTA. You grab the heart with the boomerang. Dash off the edge of the platform, and then dash kick off of the building to the right. Move X until the camera moves a bit to the right, leaving only a tiny fraction of the second window on that building on camera (something like 1-3 frames worth of the window). When you grab the heart, hold right on the d-pad.
From thereon out, I have no idea. I still have to learn to control the damned thing. But damned if it isn't hilarious and awesome.
