So, this is one of the hardest tricks in X2.
Essentially, you have to air-dash underneath that floating platform. Then after you get past it, you use the water jump mechanic to jump out a bit early. Wall jump up to the elevator. You'll get hit by the fire, at which point you'll want to hold right to avoid falling down, and start climbing up the wall during your invincibility frames.
Finally, you get on top of the "elevator", get hit by the second fire, and use those invincibility frames to jump up the spikes and land on the platform.
