Saturday’s massive protests continues in Podgorica the capital city of Montenegro. Several thousand protesters are peacefully protesting against the religious property bill which is opposed by the Serbian Orthodox Church, some opposition parties and by the large part of orthodox population of the country.
The law says religious communities with property in Montenegro need to produce evidence of ownership from before 1918, when #Montenegro joined a Serb-led Balkan kingdom and lost its independence.
For almost two months peaceful religious #Protests are being held in #Podgorica and several other towns throughout the country.
