I found this clock cheap enough. I didn't know, but found out this was a 30 hour clock. A very nice, tall clock with time only. There were a few barrels missing to hold up the gears on the front, so whom ever had this clock had to use a stack of washers. Running great now that it has been cleaned and oiled.

Here I do most of my work on clocks. Mainly cuckoo clocks, yet I am always looking for the unusual and eye catching clocks. Some of the clocks I get into are ones that need saved from the dump. They fell off the wall from not securing the clock to the wall using the stud behind the sheetrock. Some of the clocks were laid to rest out in the garage or barn and I except the challange of getting them back together again.
A well loved clock at one time is one that has a lot of wear and you find old bushings that might need to be replaced.
