Senior SFG Jason Marshall explains a subtlety in squat technique during an SFG Kettlebell Instructor Certification. The intent is to "make space" and — rather than simply widening the angle — "pulling" your femurs out of and away from your hips. See if you can succeed in creating that extra space within your hip joints and the difference that effort makes in the strength and depth of your squat.
