StrongFirst Instructor candidates must meet each of the strength and technique standards covered in this video when testing for the the SFL (StrongFirst Lifter) Certification, in order to earn the SFL Instructor credential.

The Instructor candidates must pass each of the following tests to earn the SFL credential:

Teaching safely and effectively.
Strength test.
Technique test.

Candidates have a choice of taking the strength and technique test during the Certification or submitting a video up to 6 months after the end of the Certification.
