🏖️☀️ Beach Scenes Made Easy!
Bring those beachy vibes to your craft table! @irishrosecreations creates this gorgeous seaside scene with a little ink blending, texture, and some fun beach-themed stamping with @ranger_ink Make-It stamps.
From sandy shores to sunny skies, this project is proof that you don’t need to be at the beach to make something that feels like summer! 💙
Supplies:
Ranger:
-Make-It Stamp: Beach Vibes
-Texture Paste: Opaque Matte
-Glossy Accents
Tim Holtz Distress:
-Spritz in Vintage Photo
-Watercolor Cardstock
-Sprayer

-Stellar Ink Pads: Cold Shoulder, Clear Skies, Siren Song, Black Widow
-Blending Brushes (Large)
49 and Market Ink Pads: Cappuccino, Salted Caramel, Cold Brew

Alcohol markers (your choice)
Instructions:
-Trim a piece of watercolor cardstock to 5.25x4.
-Draw an imaginary line (or a real one with pencil and then erase after ink blending) at an angle down the center of the white cardstock.
-Ink blend the lower part using brown inks, moving from lightest to darkest shades. This will look like the sand.
-Ink blend the upper part using blue inks, moving from lightest to darkest shades. Blend the lightest blue ink into the brown ink. This will look like the water and sky.
-Apply water over ink using a Distress Sprayer. Remove excess water and ink by blotting with a paper towel. This adds interest and makes the sand look choppy and the sky with fluffy clouds!
-Apply Texture Paste at the line where the brown and blue inks meet. Using the side of the spatula, break up the paste until it looks choppy, like white caps on the water! Allow to dry.
-Splatter Distress Spritz over the paste and brown ink. This adds more dimension and reality to the sand and white caps.
-Stamp umbrella, chair and board, and starfish with black ink. Color with alcohol markers.
-Fussy cut the items from #8 above and place over scenery over the sandy side.
-Finish with birds and sun in the sky and the sentiment. Add glossy accents over the tip of the umbrella.
-Adhere onto an A2 sized white card base.
