Instructions:
-Stamp the sentiment with Best Dressed Ink and the charm bracelet from the Charmed Stamp with Jet Black Ink. Stamp the sentiment in the rectangle charm with Big Plans Ink.
-Place the Pegboard stencil over the card panel, with a foam blender tool and Avocado Toast ink partially stencil the background.
-Squeeze a little bit of Liquid Pearls onto the work surface and add a little drop of water. Mix with a paint brush, then paint the charm images. The Jewel (Emerald), Key (Truffle), Seashell (Royalty), Anchor (Rubber Ducky), Heart (Firecracker), Sentiment (Blue Velvet).
-Finish with dots of Liquid Pearls around the charms and the sentiment.
