Supplies:
Simon Hurley Create:
-Peel-Apart Rubber Background Stamp: Saltwater
-Photopolymer Stamp Set: Under the Sea
-Stencil: Fish Frenzy
Tim Holtz Distress:
-Embossing Glaze: Unchartered Mariner, Wilted Violet, Salvage Patina, Picked Raspberry
-Black Heavy Stock – cut to 4-1/8” x 5-3/8”
-Embossing Dabber
Ranger Ink:
-Stickles: Mermaid Tail, Sea Glass
-Perfect Pearls: Grape Fizz, Forever Blue, Blue Hydrangea, Pink Gumball
-Archival Ink Pad: Cobalt, Forget Me Not, Cactus Flower
-Emboss It Ink Pad
-Embossing Powder: White
-Mini Ink Blending Tool with Domed Foam
Instructions:
-Mix each of the four Perfect Pearls colors with a few drops of water until thick and fluid.
-Apply the first color to the Saltwater Background stamp using a mini domed ink blending foam. Stamp onto Distress Black Heavy Stock.
-Repeat with the remaining three Perfect Pearls colors. Allow to dry.
-Place the Fish Frenzy stencil over the background. Apply Distress Embossing Ink through the stencil openings.
-Cover with the four Distress Embossing Glaze colors and heat-set with a heat tool.
-Stamp the sentiment and air bubbles from the Under the Sea set with embossing ink. Add white embossing powder and heat-set.
-Stamp the five fish from the Under the Sea set using three Archival Ink colors. Die cut and adhere to the card front with foam dots.
-Apply a small amount of Stickles to the fish. Spread with a clean finger and allow to dry.
