I think this is easily my best level. I’m incredibly happy with how it turned out, and it’s my first time trying to do a specific theme with non abstract backgrounds. It’s themed around earthquakes, which you can tell by the name. Since it is really bright and sorta hard to read, there is a dim mode at the beginning which makes it easier on the eyes. I do think the brightness and glow give it the intensity a magnitude 10 earthquake would give, though. I tried my best to put as many people as possible in the endscreen but I ran out of space, so this is dedicated to many more people. This level should be about 7 stars.

Here are two really cool insane demons I beat recently!

What I really like about this level is the drop, in terms of decoration AND gameplay. I absolutely love how DreamTide used move triggers here — not only are the movements extremely smooth, but they really make the level feel alive, which is perfect for this part of the song. I’m also quite a fan of the color combinations as they are very unique while still looking good. As I said, 45-100% is also fantastic in terms of gameplay, everything flows marvelously well. I especially like 66-89% because of how satisfying it is to pull off. The drop does have an annoying difficulty spike though, between 75% and 82%.
Even though I think it’s pretty cool, I can’t say I like the predrop as much. In terms of decoration, I think it lacks a lot of cohesion and I’m not really a fan of the colors. I found the gameplay to be quite frustrating: the orbs at 3% are very inconsistent, the double click at 9% is too hard, the blue orb at 11% feels a bit unfair, the UFO at 17% is incredibly inconsistent and awkward to play and the blue orb at 39% is too hard. Moreover, the second coin (which I took) requires you to do a ridiculously difficult jump at 40%. From what I’ve played, this jump is actually very easy on 60hz while it is by far the hardest timing in the level on 144hz. It felt completely luck based and I died there about 70% of the times I got there from 0% which got incredibly annoying after a while.
Overall, this is an amazing level but I think the predrop could definitely be better. Moreover, I unfortunately got very unlucky, dying many times past 75%, with a fail at 98%.

This level uses 2.0 limitations and I honestly find that quite impressive considering how clean and modern it looks, while still capturing the 2.0 vibe. It is pretty obviously inspired by Hinds, but you can definitely tell it was made by Sley because of the color combinations (which are amazing, by the way). My favorite thing about this level has to be the gameplay though, it flows incredibly well and features some pretty unique sections (47-49% for instance). I have very few issues with this level gameplay-wise: the robot jumps at 4% are a bit annoying, the transition at 35% is too sudden and 40% is kind of frustrating since you have to do a decently hard timing right after a dual wave spam, making things a lot harder.
Overall, this is one of the most fun insane demons I’ve ever played and I love the decoration as well.

I don’t have much to say about the decoration here, nothing very interesting. The last part is pretty cool without the LDM (which I used) though!
However, the gameplay is FANTASTIC. I loved playing this, I think it’s extremely satisfying overall and very well built. The last ship is probably the hardest part but it’s very easy to avoid dying there if you focus. No complaints, I definitely recommend this level. Probably shouldn’t be insane demon, this is the least attempts one has ever taken me.

This level is awesome. The decoration is absolutely incredible, from the colors to the theming, it’s executed incredibly well (note that this video uses the LDM). While the gameplay may seem annoying at first, it does get incredibly fun over time; it features unique mechanics and fast paced gameplay. Leyak will probably fall to insane demon relatively soon, so try it out if you haven’t already! (it did get rerated to insane demon a day after I uploaded this lol) edit: it got extreme again for some reason? edit: please stop switching its insane again

I absolutely love this level. Visually, it is incredibly well made and the colors are some of the best I’ve seen in an extreme demon. I also love how varied it is and how alive it feels. In my opinion, this level is simply perfect in terms of decoration, I love everything about it.
The gameplay is also incredible. Almost every single part is incredibly fun, fair and consistent. The predrop is definitely the hardest part of the level, especially the jump at 1%, the pink orb at 6%, and the yellow orb at 13%. The wave at 15% is insanely fun and consistent, definitely one of my favorite parts. The part at 22% features some of the best ship gameplay I’ve ever seen; I usually hate how inconsistent and awkward ship sections are, but this is the exact opposite. Just like the wave part, I found it to be extremely consistent and satisfying to play. The level gets a bit easier at 29%, with the ball part being a small break other than the pink orb at 30% which is quite difficult. The part at 34% is incredibly easy to die to since the jump at 34%, the blue orb at 37% and the ship section at 38% are all really hard. The UFO at 42% is significantly harder than it looks, the first few timings are surprisingly difficult because of the moving objects. After that, the level gets a lot easier until 57%. This ship part is very challenging, especially the gap at 61% which I died to many times. At 62%, the level gets even easier, with 62-72% being the easiest part of the level in my opinion. The robot section at 72% is really difficult at first but it gets quite consistent after a while. Finally, the last 20% of this level is extremely hard, but pretty much everything gets consistent, excluding the beginning of the ship part at 81% and the transition at 93%.
Overall, this is a fantastic level. I really enjoyed playing it even though I got a bit unlucky. I definitely recommend it!

Sadly had to beat this with the LDM, but there are lots of other videos showcasing this level’s awesomeness!
One of the best insane demons I have played. My experience with this was awesome, this level is incredibly fun to learn and to play from 0. It took me just under an hour, which is way less than usual for a level of this difficulty. I surprisingly only died twice past 40% before beating it, which is something I definitely didn’t expect considering how stressful the ending is.
First, the decoration. I think this is a visual masterpiece, this level truly is one of the best cartoony-art levels I have played. The colors work extremely well together, and I am more than happy that Scorch decided to not only use red for a magma themed level, but also purple, yellow, orange...The black and white outlines which define Scorch’s style couldn’t have been done any better in my opinion, and they do an amazing job at giving this level a very cartoony look. The structuring is also incredibly well executed, with all those rocks and custom objects making it look really unique. Scorch really knows how to give his level a theme; because theming is not just about a background of a few custom objects here and there, a themed level is about the block design, the colors the background - pretty much everything there is. I also need to talk about how alive this level feels: everything is moving, pulsing, shaking, in a way that perfectly fits the song. Sadly, I forgot to enable shake effects, but whatever. I also found the part at 44% to be incredibly cool, and it is such a great example of Scorch’s ability to make unique and well themed parts. Overall, you understand that I think this level is close to perfection. I still have some minor things I don’t like about the decoration, especially the part at 60% which looks really underwhelming considering how good the rest is. I get that it really is a good part to suit the calm part of the song, but I think Scorch could’ve done way more with it. Also, the endscreen looks quite rushed - but whatever, It’s an endscreen.
The gameplay in this level is quite good, although a bit unbalanced. I actually think the first cube which goes from 0% to 14% is the hardest part of the level, as the timings are surprisingly tricky and hard to learn - I think this is only insane demon part. The following part, the spider part, is also pretty hard to learn, but the timings themselves aren’t hard at all, so it’s very consistent from 0. The robot, starting at 32% is a really fun and easy part. The transition into it however is quite annoying, and even though the jump syncs almost perfectly with the song, it really feels unfair to die there because you have next to no time to react. The following part features some of the best gameplay I’ve seen. It flows ridiculously well - especially the cube part at 52%, which is extremely well synced and fun to play. Furthermore, the UFO is also very satisfying - I honestly love orbs UFO gameplay, I really think it’s underrated. My only problem with this whole part is 46%, but even then I don’t think that’s the level’s fault. I died a lot there when practicing and also once from 0, the transition from UFO to ship feels a bit awkward, but I don’t exactly know why, so I assume I wasn’t doing it correctly. Let’s move on to the next part, which is a mini cube starting at 61%. This part is by far the easiest one - I think it’s a nice break. It’s also quite satisfying to do and - like all the other parts - syncs very well. Now, let’s talk about the second and most intense drop. This level is so stressful after 70%, it requires all your attention - mostly because of the x4 speed and the very fast inputs required. The spider at 70% is actually quite easy after some practice, but it is also quite easy to die there. The robot part is unfortunately a bit awkward to play, especially 82% which I died to once from 0, I really do not think fast robot gameplay works very well - it’s incredibly unreadable and overall quite annoying, although it’s not too bad in this level. The level then ends with a very easy and fun slow cube part, which I don’t really have anything to say about.
Overall, this masterpiece was a blast to play and I definitely recommend it. It’s awesome both in terms of visuals and in terms of gameplay. Good luck if you haven’t beaten it yet!

This is a level I’ve wanted to do for a while now, very happy to have it done. When I started playing it, I was having tons of fun playing the drop and progress was going well. Once I got consistent enough at 39-100%, I started practicing the first 39% and realized that it was absurdly difficult. The ship at 32% eventually got extremely consistent, but the first cube never did. I don’t think I’ve ever struggled this much on a part, I basically had to rely on luck to get past it once in a while from 0%.
Here are the hardest things about this level for me:
- The red orb at 9% is the hardest timing in the level by a long shot in my opinion. You have to hit the green and pink orbs in such a specific way for it to even be possible.
- The blind timings at 11% are quite difficult but they somehow got extremely consistent.
- 14% is incredibly difficult and inconsistent, died there all the time.
- The release at 15% is possibly the most unintuitive timing I’ve ever encountered.
- 16-19% is not that hard but I kept messing up the black orb timings for some reason.
- The blind timings at 21% are very difficult, but they feel really intuitive and the black orb timings are slightly nerfed so this section got consistent after a while.
- 25% is not hard at all but I kept dying there because of nerves.
- The yellow orb at 35% is definitely the hardest timing past 32%, hitting it as early as possible is very difficult.
- The robot staircase at 56% is way harder than it looks, died there a few times from 0%.
- 58-66% is the last hard part of the level in my opinion, especially the wave spam at 66%.
Overall, I had a pretty good time with this level, even though going from 0% was quite frustrating at times. I definitely recommend this level!

Visually speaking, this level is fantastic, I love how clean it looks for the most part. The colors are quite unique and they work incredibly well together. This level looks much better without the LDM, which I used.
I really wanted to enjoy this. Unfortunately, this was overall a relatively frustrating experience.
The first two parts are decently fun, but theyre incredibly easy compared to the rest of the level which makes them a bit boring to play after a while.
The drop starts off with a very difficult cube section that almost feels unfair at times. Some timings felt so awkward, and although it got a lot more consistent after a while, dying to that part got annoying.
The ball part is probably the hardest time I have ever had learning a part, in any level. It is absolutely impossible, at least for me, to understand something like this so I actually counted my clicks for the entire part and I learned when I had to wait between clicks (1, 2, 2, 4, 2, 3, 2, 4, 3, 2, 3; each time I restart the count it means I have to wait for a little bit). As a result, I spent 850 attempts learning this one ball part. At least, it was incredibly consistent after a while.
Im awful at mirrored gameplay, especially wave. With that being said, I dont think I even need to explain why I had a very hard time with the wave part and why it was inconsistent for me.
The last part is brutal. Its incredibly easy to die there, with a few inputs that are absurdly difficult compared to the previous parts. I think I died there 5 or 6 times, definitely couldve been worse. I found this part to be kind of annoying as well, there were some slope bugs and it felt awkward, I cant really explain why.
Overall, this type of gameplay is just not for me. I think its pretty well designed for the most part but I unfortunately didnt have fun with it. The level looks awesome though.

Let’s start with the good - the decoration. I think the atmosphere is very well done and suits the song perfectly. It’s also pretty varied while keeping a really good cohesion which is somewhat rare in most megacollabs these days. The decoration itself is pretty good, and while it is nothing too impressive, it works and no parts look bad. The color scheme is pretty good, and unlike firework, they executed monochrome really well, with touches of red here and there that make the level so much more interesting to look at than it would be otherwise. The movements, especially at the beginning of the drop, are awesome to look at - they feel so smooth. The endscreen in particular is very impressive, and also fits the atmosphere and theme the creators were going for.
Now, the gameplay...My experience with this level was not good at all. When I first started practicing it, I found it quite fun, because the drop flows incredibly well and syncs almost perfectly. The learning process did take a while though - about 2700 attempts. The real issues appeared when I started playing from 0%. The first ship, which goes from 0% to 10% is one of the most annoying parts I’ve ever played, in any level. You can’t see half of the spikes and each time I died I didn’t even know what I had just died to. Its length makes the level incredibly boring considering you have to go through the part every single attempt. My consistency was not good at all, as I only got past it once in 5 attempts. After that awful part, the level gets significantly easier, with nonetheless one awkward timing at 13%. The following UFO part is very awkward although somewhat easy. After that, the level becomes relatively fun...Well, almost. At 32%, there is a bug that I died to a ridiculous amount of times. Basically, when you start the level, sometimes the frames are aligned in a way that makes is absolutely impossible to pass 32%, because the frame where you need to click simply doesn’t exist. As I said, this only happens sometimes, well, about 50% of the time really, and the only way to fix it is to restart the game. If the frames are aligned correctly this time, I’ll be able to pass 32% all the time. The real problem is that the only way to figure out if the timing is possible is to get to 32% and to see if I die, which is a big waste of time. There’s also one stupidly annoying timing, a red orb which is right before the end of the part. I found myself dying to that one red orb a ton, and it was getting very annoying. This part overall is also quite bad to play because of some saws that are literally invisible - which makes it feel extremely unfair. It ends with a ship part that I do not like because of the way they placed the yellow portal. Following that, we have a slow part that is extremely stressful and awkward to play, although I surprisingly didn’t die too much from 0%, only 4 times if I recall correctly. The blue orb in particular is placed in a very strange way, and the timing feels very unnatural to do. The drop is overall way more fun than the predrop and also slightly easier in my opinion, I think I only died about 10 times past 40%. The transition into the very first ship is absolutely terrible. It requires a very specific and precise click pattern and it doesn’t leave you any time to react. I died 4 times there and it always felt extremely unfair and annoying. The UFO part right after is very easy - it syncs perfectly and the timings themselves aren’t even hard at all. Following this first bit of the drop, the hardest part of the level by a long shot. 56% is absurdly hard, I do not understand how this part made it past the building and verification process - you need to transition into the ball portal in an almost perfect way, and even then you can still die right after. I’m quite surprised I only died 3 times to this part from 0%, as it is genuinely very hard. Right after that, the most fun part of the level by far - this ship/UFO section flows incredibly well and I absolutely enjoyed every second of it. It feels very fair and well playtested - unlike other parts...I found the next part relatively hard, especially the ball from 67% to 69%, which requires very precise timings. As a result, I died at 69% once, but not anywhere else in this part to my surprise. The robot/cube right before the final part is sort of annoying, the last black orb in particular which is pretty awkward. The last part is significantly harder than the previous parts in my opinion, with tight flying and timings. I did die at the first ship which isn’t very surprising, but I didn’t die afterwards. I definitely didn’t expect that considering how hard the last few jumps are. The fact that this very hard part is at the end made it quite stressful to play. I think this is slightly harder than Acu.

This level felt absolutely impossible when I first started playing it, but it got incredibly consistent after a while. I somehow fluked the level from 70% which was quite unexpected but Im really glad it happened because I couldve died at the drop a million times.
The level is quite fun for the most part, but it gets its difficulty from a few annoying chokepoints:
- The wave click at 5% is insanely hard, potentially the hardest timing in the level.
- The wave at 15% was very inconsistent to begin with but it somehow started to feel weirdly intuitive after a while.
- I hate the pink orbs at 22%. I legitimately could not do them from 0%.
- The straight fly at 30% is incredibly annoying for many different reasons. Dying right before the buildup is obviously very frustrating, but the fact that you cant really see the spikes makes it even worse.
- The blue orb at 60% is quite unfair, I died there over 15 times from 0%. Every single fail at 60% felt like a wasted drop attempt.
- 70% is simply too hard. I thought it would get consistent but it didnt, died there twice from 0%.
Despite those chokepoints, I found most of the level to be incredibly fun, especially the buildup (40%-61%), which is by far the most consistent and enjoyable part once you get used to it. I also love the drop, it is extremely satisfying to play. In terms of difficulty, I think this is undoubtedly the easiest level in the RGB trilogy. I would definitely recommend this level!

Extremely fun level, every single part is very satisfying to play and it gets incredibly consistent. The only issue is the ship transition at 21% being quite buggy but other than that its pretty much perfect in my opinion. The waves are significantly harder than the rest of the level but I dont really mind it. I highly recommend this level if youre looking for an entry extreme demon.
