Smashing Strikes gives %Chance to gain Endurance Charges on Critical Hit.
I am missing Kinetic Impacts. The points leading up to it and Kinetic Impacts would have given me about 17% more PoB Damage. Additionally, I should have gone Arrogance + Precision to increase the DPS of this build.
