I am missing Disemboweling which is a lot of damage. I could have dropped some defence for it and I was also expecting to finish this run at level 82 instead of 80.
Act 1 Regex

Spectral Throw (Act 1) - Volley - Chance to Bleed/Momentum
Sunder (Act 1) - Chance to Bleed - Momentum
I played ST throughout Act 1 because I had a good sword.
Sunder (Act 2) - Melee Physical Damage - Cruelty/Chance to Bleed
Sunder (Act 4 till Static Strike) - Fist of War - Melee Physical Damage - Cruelty
Leap Slam - Faster Attacks - (Momentum) - (Rage Support)
Switch to Static Strike once you have a good enough Staff. If you have a good axe i would stick to Sunder longer as I have done.
Static Strike - Melee Physical Damage - Shockwave - More Duration/Fortify
Frozen Legion - Melee Physical Damage - Pulverise - Elemental Damage with Attacks/Cold Penetration

Precision and Blood and Sand (Act 1)

Once you have Resolute Technique allocated:
Blood and Sand & Pride.
Once you have Resolute Technique and the mana leech in the Duelist starting area as well as the Mana mastery that gives Mana Reservation Efficiency you can add Herald of Ash.
When you have Static Strike you go
Herald of Ash, Hatred and Flesh and Stone in that order.
Once you go crit you drop Resolute Technique and you have to add Precision.

Frostblink/Flame Dash
Intimidating Cry
Blood Rage
Vulnerability and then later switch to Elemental Weakness with Static Strike.
After you go Crit you change from Elemental Weakness to Assassins Mark
You can also use Smite - More Duration for Single Target.

If you have really good damage you can clear with Flash Grenade and move your damage support gems over to that gem. It has a way lower fuse duration.

*Gear Progression*
You want to check the vendor for Crossbows with Increased Physical Damage and/or Adds to Physical/Fire Damage. Salvage weapons with quality to get Blacksmith Whetstones. Runes can give 20% increased Physical Damage. At the Orok Campfire (Act 3) you can get a Lesser Jewelers Orb. I would use it on Explosive or Gas Grenade. If you clear with Gas Grenade you will need Flame Wall to ignite the gas clouds.
At level 33 you get the *Bombard Crossbow* . With it you will fire an additional Grenade. I would use most of currency (Artificers Orb, Blacksmith Whethstone, Regal Orb, Runes and Exalted Orb) on a Bombard Crossbow that has a good Increased Physical Damage and/or Adds to Physical Damage affix. This weapon should carry you till the next tier of the Bombard Crossbow (Level 59).

*Resistances*
For Act 1 you want Cold Resistance. In Act 2 you want Lightning Resistance for the final Act 2 Boss. If you do the Elemental Offering (Act 2, Buried Shrines) you can choose a Topaz/Ruby/Sapphire Ring. Vendors can also sell Resistance Rings. If you do not have enough Resistance Rings I would consider gambling for one at the Vendor (Risu at Act 2, Alva at Act 3) if you have sufficient Gold. The Act 3 Boss will cause all 3 Elemental Damage types. You can socket Glacial/Desert/Storm to get 12% Cold/Fire/Lightning Resistance.
