Holding exit vehicle key, instead of just pressing it quickly, allows you to exit your vehicle without cancelling the current option on your transfender menu. This allows your next vehicle to have nitros instantly installed on it without any down time.
Every time you press exit vehicle key (while holding handbrake key) and you have a transfender menu active, allows you to use nitros again without needing to wait for the cooldown.
