This is rather a documentation of strats than an accurate comparison but the general order is right. The pressure jump deals half a heart of damage while the megaflip is more difficult.

Top-left: fast pressure jump
Top-right: standard pressure jump
Bottom-left: ESS turn megaflip (3 frame ESS turn left)
Bottom-right: setup megaflip

The recording was very sloppy... sorry for the slow extra backflip.
