ISG is used to detonate the bombchu during the roll. The angle isn't too precise but 1 or 2 frames of ESS turning left worked best both for doing an angled roll to the right and for shield flicking after sidehopping into the corner.
You need to roll and shielddrop the chu at the same time, though. Input buffering makes this trick consistent because it has always been incredibly difficult on PAL.
