After B1 skip, go through the crawlspace next to the web leading to B2, light the web in front of the stone wall and blow it up.
setup: starting at 0:36
0) get ISG (I slashed the Deku Stick before to one-shot the GS)
1) target the wall at this spot imgur.com/k6iarGR (not precise), turn around
2) pull out a chu, drop it on either the 11th red flash or the black frame after it and backflip at the same time
3) backflip in midair to hover off the GS, wait a bit and backflip once more
4) target the Skulltula, untarget it again, backflip
5) target and untarget the Skulltula to unlock the camera, pull out a Deku Stick, kill the GS
6) hold somewhat up-leftish and target to lock the angle, backflip to the token
Keep shielding while doing all of the hovers. The GS has a periodic damage output so don't try to hover too fast. The token also takes a lot of time to appear. The angle range for the final backflip is huge (probably more than 50 degrees) so try this setup and find a cue that works for you.
If you overbuffer the chu flashes, you will kill the GS. It's best to reenter the room in that case and redo the setup.
