A Liverpool neighborhood came together Wednesday evening to give 3-year-old Crue Corbin a hero’s welcome after he returned home from weeks of radiation treatment for a brain tumor.
Neighbors lined the streets as a parade made its way through the neighborhood, complete with a marching band, pizza and ice cream trucks, and even Spider-Man — a nod to Crue’s favorite superhero.
The celebration marked the end of a difficult journey that began in April when an MRI revealed a brain tumor.
