1911 Established is unveiling this year's signature drink for the New York State Fair.

It's called the "Empire State Sparkler" and costs $17.

Eddie Brennan, president of 1911 and Beak & Skiff, says his team gets together every year to talk about "what's the craziest drink they can come up with" for the NYS Fair and this year there's a lot in it. Brennan calls it a 'meal in a glass' including eight percent alcohol.
