Seattle Police Chief Shon Barnes says that investigators now believe the mass shooting at Seattle Center that killed two innocent bystanders, and wounded four others was gang-related, and found both a ghost gun and a Glock 45 modified with a fully automatic switch at the scene.

A third person who was killed in the shooting, identified as 19-year-old Junior Cee Niko Semo, is believed to be one of the suspects in the shooting.
