KULT News visited Little Rock, AR. and our first stop was the 97 year old Little Rock Central High School. It is still a very active public high school and also a National Historic Site.
ðADVERTISING WEEK INTERVIEW

We visited Little Rock on April 18, 2024, a cold and drizzly day, where we found multiple citizens and public servants seemingly unaware of our First Amendment rights.
Will the folks upset with us taking photos in public call the cops and, if so, will the cops even bother to show up?
WATCH AND FIND OUT!
If you want to skip the previews (aka spoiler alerts) then skip to the :43 second mark in the video.

Often using police body camera footage, 911 call recordings, and covert camera angles, with a few laughs thrown in, KULT News is a First Amendment audit channel you wonât soon forget. Enjoy the deer-in-the-headlights looks as incompetent cops see a mild-mannered citizen just out taking photos turn into a news reporter well-versed on his Constitutional rights right before their eyes.

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes canât be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
