99 year Nan Cardiff, Monmore, Ballygarrett, Gorey, Co. Wexford

Here is an 82 minute chat I had with 99 year old Nan Cardiff a few weeks ago in her home in Ballygarrett. Nan lived in England for a spell and the chat focuses moreso on her memories growing up in the village before emigrating with stories that stretch back to the land wars and evictions of the 1880s and right up to memories of WW2. She also covers great local content from Patron Days to School Days, and from Wedding Customs to Holy Wells and from Civil War and Local Pubs, Shops and Buisnesses.
