A passive crossing for something different! I filmed here because I really like the scenery, and the older signage is interesting.
This is the Grange Road/Rockies Hill Road level crossing at Tatyoon, Victoria. It is located between Westmere and Maroona, on the ARTC standard gauge line between Melbourne and Adelaide.
Train information:
1st train: 1AM8 Overland from Adelaide to Melbourne, with locomotive NR46.
2nd train: 7735V empty grain from Geelong to Ararat, with locomotives BL30 and 8143. After reaching Ararat the train proceeded to Birchip as 7937V.
