This is the Sunraysia Highway/North Western Road level crossing at Saint Arnaud which is located in north western Victoria, on the Mildura line.
These signals were installed on July 14, 1943, although the masts were the only original equipment which survived at the time of filming. Both signals had early style VR bases and Westinghouse LED lights. The eastern signal also had a Safetran Type 3 electronic bell and an Artcraft healthy state indicator light.
By the time you see this video, these gate-less signals will have been removed and the crossing upgraded with new gated signals. The upgrading work was scheduled to take place between June 19 and 23, 2023, with the other six crossings at St Arnaud being upgraded with gates at the same time.
The train shown in this video is 7901V Pacific National freight from Appleton Dock to Merbein, with locomotives G523 and BL30.
