This is the Williwa Street level crossing at Portland, New South Wales. It is located on the Mudgee Line, between Wallerawang and Cullen Bullen. It appears that the crossing was previously named William Street, as shown by the original sign on the relay bungalow.
These signals were installed on June 24, 1987 and the equipment here is still mostly original, the only changes are the incandescent lights being retrofitted with Alstom LED's and upgrades to the crossbucks and signage.
All four signals have unmarked bases, with the lights being a mixture of Western Cullen Hayes and Westinghouse equipment which was common on 1980's installations. The left-hand signal on each side of the crossing has Western Cullen Hayes lights mounted on Westinghouse brackets, while both right-hand signals have Westinghouse lights and brackets. There is also a Federal Signal mechanical bell on the western side of the crossing.
The train shown in the video is AR71 empty coal hoppers from Lithgow to Airly Coal Mine, with locomotives 8217, 8201, 8220 and 8218.
