This is the Darts Road level crossing at Portland North. It is located on the branch line from Maroona to Portland in western Victoria.
All three signals have McKenzie & Holland bases and Westinghouse LED lights. The western signal also has a Westinghouse hybrid bell and an Artcraft healthy state indicator.
The train shown in the video is 7740V grain from Lubeck Loop to Portland, with locomotives G539, 8165 and X48. The grain originated from Woomelang, on the Mildura line.
