Let’s make a drink, but not just any drink let’s make a cocktail that celebrates two of Mexico’s native spirits: Mezcal and Charanda.

I’m making a LeBaron. This is a cocktail from Bootlegger Tiki out in Palm Springs. Last year I tried it, loved it then proceeded to reconstruct it based on the list of ingredients on the menu. So this is my take on their LeBaron

1 oz Mezcal

1 oz Charanda

.50 oz Campari

.50 oz Banana Liqueur

.25 oz Grenadine

1 oz Lime

3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

Add Ice, shake and double strain into a coupe glass
