It's a blend of 3 rums: a lightly aged rum from Panama, an unaged high ester rum from Jamaica and an unaged Grand Arome from Martinique. Watch to find out how it tastes and how it works in three different cocktails: a Daiquiri, an El Presidente, and a Fogcutter.

Daiquiri Recipe
2oz High Seas Rums
1oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe glass

El Presidente Recipe
1.5 oz High Seas Rum
3/4 oz Blanc Vermouth
1/4 oz Dry Curaçao
Barspoon of Grenadine
Orange zest as garnish
Stir with ice and strain into a coupe glass

Fogcutter Recipe
2oz. High Seas Rum
1oz Pisco
1.5 oz Gin
1.5 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Orgeat
.5 oz Olorosso Sherry
Mint for garnish
Shake with ice
