Let’s make a riff on the Lemon Drop: The Clairin Drop. This recipe is from Sunken Harbor Club and their disco inspired New Year’s Eve Weekend celebration where they served funky takes on popular 70s era cocktails.

CLAIRIN DROP
- 1 ½ oz Clairin Communal
- ¾ oz Cointreau
- ⅝ oz lemon
- 1 tsp lime cordial
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 5 drops saline

- Shake with 2 small cubes and 1 shaker cube
- Prepare a half sugar rim on a coupe
- Strain into the coupe
