Today I'm trying two single cask rums from Renaissance Distillery out of Taiwan. Both are molasses based pot still rums. The Puyuma aged in a Limousin Oak and a Cognac cask. The Clouded Leopard is aged in American Oak and then a Bourdeaux wine cask. I share some tasting notes and answer the question, which one of these single cask rum releases should I buy?
