My submission for the Hardware Jams “Classic Banger” Weekend Challenge.
For this challenge I used some phrases from Le Onde by Ludovico Einaudi and set them over a glitchy trap beat. “Le Onde” translates to “The Way” and so I’ve titled this jam “The New Way”. I hope you enjoy my attempt at a classic banger!
This week’s challenge prompt:
Andy and Grace challenge you to take a motif, a rhythm, a theme, a passage from any piece of classical music that inspires you and make it your own in any way you like.
Always Learning

I'm a strong believer in continuous improvement and always trying to learn something new. I enjoy the structures and repeating phrases in Einaudi’s music and this was a great opportunity to learn some of the progressions he uses.
My DIY Synth Rules
════════════
I aim to meet the following criteria when adding modules to my synth:
◦ I must have constructed it.
This can be a kit or from scratch but I must have soldered it
◦ The audio signal path should be analog.
I'm trying to avoid digital modules so I can learn more about analog electronics
◦ Learn something new
Try to learn something while constructing the module. Learn about the circuits, experiment with different signal processing options. Be creative.
◦ Have fun
