My submission for the Hardware Jams SuperVision Weekend Challenge.
This week’s challenge prompt:
As we all know Superbooth is happening, and so is the Eurovision song contest, the contest that gave the world ABBA!
Eurovision is a song contest where all the countries enter the craziest songs ever!
To celebrate them being held this weekend, this weeks challenge is to recreate a song worthy of these events
There is always at least one almost operatic entry in Eurovision.
This was my goal for this, while singing about the Hardware Jams creative process.
Unfortunately it turned out more like a primary school assembly song than a Eurovision epic, but oh well.

The theme? Let’s have a little peak

Just one word can cause a spark
And just one spark can light a flame
Use those words to inspire
Turn the flame into a fire

Who’s inspired by all that you create
Who knows what we’ll do
But it’ll make a great stream through
And I won’t know who to nominate

I'm a strong believer in continuous improvement and always trying to learn something new. This was way out of my comfort zone and this is the first time I've written a song lyrics first.
My DIY Synth Rules
════════════
I aim to meet the following criteria when adding modules to my synth:
◦ I must have constructed it.
This can be a kit or from scratch but I must have soldered it
◦ The audio signal path should be analog.
I'm trying to avoid digital modules so I can learn more about analog electronics
◦ Learn something new
Try to learn something while constructing the module. Learn about the circuits, experiment with different signal processing options. Be creative.
◦ Have fun
