In this video, I am out in the woods in my old Land Rover for a much needed camp beneath the trees. Setting up my roof top tent and 270 awning with a wood stove to heat it, I set about making things comfortable for the night.

I cook a hearty and very tasty Lamb Tagine, enjoyed with a couple of very nice beers before talking about my recent five month trip to the sub Antarctic island of South Georgia.

A good nights sleep and then a decent breakfast and its time to pack up after a thoroughly enjoyable few hours enjoying the sights and sounds of the woodland in spring.

Thank you for bearing with me in my absence, I am hoping to get back to normal service from now on!
